At my high school Algebra was 9th, geometry 10th, trig 11th and light precalc 12th. Those were the basic classes. Advanced students actually graduated having took precalc junior year and calculus senior year, both from the local community college. Bragging about having completed trigonometry in high school is pretty sad, that means you were remedial. Sorry, that is fact.

First of all, at my High School after Geometry came Algebra II, then Trig, and then calculus which could only be taken at the college - not the high school. Second of all, Algebra was all that was required to graduate. Many didn't advance past geometry, as it was not necessary. In addition, it is pure ignorance to state I was "bragging" about completing trig, when really it was a statement to put things into perspective since you literally know nothing about me. Having only completed trig in high school actually means I was remedial? No, that is not a fact, that was purely subjective. Look up what the definition of a fact is.

It is funny how you start out arguing one point, then move from that to another "point", I mean what is your objective? It seems you are just arguing for the sake of arguing.

That is true, however, lack of funding has nothing to do with the approved curriculum. Definitely doesn't help, as some required courses can be cut, which happened to me one semester. Had to wait til the next semester to take the course, which was quite a hinderance and slightly set me back.
