Anyways, I've prepared myself for Mayweather vs Cotto II, and Pac vs Khan. Aria already said they have an opponent for MAY 2nd and his name isn't Pacquiao. This way I won't be disappointed anymore.

Btw, the rumors are if no Canelo vs Cotto, Canelo will fight James Kirkland. Good fight. Not PPV worthy though imo since Kirkland has been so inactive.

I will say this though about Cotto, he's been looking like a new man since he's got with Roach again. Looks like the old Cotto. Has good power again with pop and those body shots look to be real crisp again. Does he deserve a rematch? No. But really noone else out there other than Pac. I thought the Khan fight was real intriguing and was hoping for that. Can Cotto beat him now? Very possible, with the way May stays in the poccet now and the little Cotto resurgence i think its quite possible.
The thing is if Floyd vs Cotto happen, I honestly see Cotto KO'ing Floyd. Roach wouldn't allow Cotto to get too defensive on Floyd the way Pedro Diaz did. You know what, let Floyd vs Cotto and Manny vs Khan happen. Winner of Pac vs Khan get Floyd for his 147. If Floyd wins or loses his 154 title, we can still get Cotto vs Canelo for 154 or 160 title and Floyd vs winner for 147 at the end of the year. I'm okay with that

The whole Floyd Pac thing is really what's fucking up The sport because it ruins all the other fights in those divisions, everyone trying to position themselves for a potential Floyd or Pac fight so everyone is ducking each other 140-154 it seems. I'm actually looking forward to when they both retire.
But on the glass half full view of things, we got a lot of cool things to look forward to. Boxing on NBC, NBC Sports, Spike, Oscars own boxing channel, Golden Boy and Top Rank working together again (Ruslan vs Mattysse, etc), Roc Nation is going to do some cool things, and Haymon finally making good fights. Things are looking very bright, the best in a loooong time I'd say.

Man, I told y'all Cotto was gonna beat Martinez, and ya laughed. I told y'all about Floyd snatching Cotto from Canelo, and now it seems like that can happen. I told y'all not all Haymon fighters will leave GBP, and now Matthysse is staying with Maidana and Khan with them being possible opponents for Manny on HBO. Keep laughing and you'll see...
