That's the point of the $10,000,000 man. So he could promote it solely himself and reap all of the rewards. He didn't offer Bob Arum $10,000,000 to not negotiate (because Bob Arum doesn't negotiate anyway).
Yeah I agreed he should be quite about the whole Canelo May second Mexcican thing. Pointless right now. Still something like that shouldn't stop Todd and Haymon working things out. A hundred million dollars for Floyd but he's not going to fight because Arum said something about Canelo? lol no way. Arum will be Arum, and that was pretty minor. Look...Arums BEST BUSINESS MOVE FINANCIALLY is to avoid a Floyd vs Pacquaio fight that will essentially stop the money train May 2015 once Pac loses it's over, and ALL Arum got from that was 27% of Manny's purse $10-20 million...split promotional revenue between: TMT and Top Rank...mind you money has to go to Showtime and HBO...it's not enough money except for Floyd and Manny's guarantee...so Arum will have Pacquioa's last 4 fights against lightweights in China where Manny will get $80 million collectively...use Pac as an attraction to help Ming and any other up and coming shine against Pac or under Pac. When Floyd schools Manny China is gonna be under water...Arum ain't tryna see that.

At the end of it all, HBO is gonna have the final say. Not Bob. It's like everyone thinks what Floyd or Bob are saying is what's going on during negotiations. Bob did his part and went to Showtimes' daddy and did his part. Nobody from Floyd's side did shit but want more of the pie presented, hence the Floyd speech. But when it's all said and done, HBO is gonna want to do a 24-7 series (since Floyd said All Access is all fake), run a series of Manny's best fights, and a part of the ppv rights. This is another reason the fight is not gonna happen.
Your missing the point...if your in America, "any" and "everyone" is supposed to be able to celebrate or do business on any given holiday because we are Americans...nobody is gonna be silly enough to say ONLY BLACK AMERICANS can fight during the month of February, Black History Month, in the United States...because it is the most profitable month of the year so this will be reserved for black fighters and black promoters to get money.
