Probably lots of temporary harm that's either gone or that you can easily reverse with a month of healthy diet and plenty of water. Our bodies (no jmacc) are pretty resilient

yeah i try to be as natural as possible but when eating clean diet sodas help like a mutha fucka sometimes i'll get the stevia sodas from the health sore but them bitches are like $6 bucks a 6 pack lol

Yeah the stevia sodas are cool. WinCo has the Zevia brand ones on sale sometimes for $3 a 6-pack, most of the time it's like $5 a 6-pack though lol

I rarely fuck with any sodas now days though. Pretty much only drink flavored sparkling water like Schwepps, La Croix, and shit like that. Still get the carbonation like soda, but no garbage and it hydrates.

Actually I don't think I've had more than a 1/4 of an energy drink ever. Once I was really tired, bought a Rockstar, took 3 swigs and said fuck this.

I only fuck with regular Red Bull now days. Drink maybe 2 a week. Major change from the years I spent drinking like 3 Rockstars a day.
