Lol I remember basically saying exactly what all these quotes said. Its just common sense. That guy had been arrested a lot of times for the same thing, like 20 times. Only this time some idiot pumped him up by pulling out a camera for some worldstar footage, and he tried to make it look good for the cameras by resisting, and his useless body finally quit on him

None of that excuses the cop's and paramedic's reactions after he was taken down. None of them did shit to help him once they realized he was actually having a medical emergency. It doesn't matter how many times he was previously arrested.
