There is a SHITLOAD to read, breh. Each of those documents can run at least 20 pages. In some cases a document may exceed 200+ pages. It's a shitload to read. But, according to the third document on that page, a couple of bullets entered his head. One totally destroyed his eye. Around page 160-169 it's confirmed that the fatal bullet entered through the top of the head. And just reading the shit is crazy as fuck.

No, it's not that he was running head first at the cop. He had already suffered multiple gunshot wounds before the fatal blow. One of the wounds totally destroyed his right eye. It's just that the last shot was the shot to the top of the skull and when it went in it went downward and toward his feet.
