I honestly wouldn't mind doing that. I think metal sounds pretty cool although I never go out of my way to listen to it, but I don't know any bands, and I would need to find them performing in the Bay Area/Sacramento region...if you point one out, I would be willing to attend a metal show.

I don't think @0R0 is that into metal really but he knows a lot of what's going on around the bay music wise so he could probably point you towards a show/venue.

Sleep show I went to with @Palmer is top 5 shows for me ever. Ruled so hard and I'm surprised I made it to it seeing I slept until 5pm the day of after getting annihilated the night previous.
