cut down on soda man...it's hard...but it's best for you and you'll feel the difference in a few months ...
I think for some people it's hard because they like or are used to carbonated beverages. If anyone is having a hard time cutting out soda, just try drinking those non sugar carbonated flavor water type drinks.

Go to Safeway and get these for like 69 cents

i drink those all the time...but because they are good...not because they are a healthy alternative to soda...they have aspartame in them ithink...best alternative if you need carbonation is the arrowhead sparkling water and add lemon juice

Yeah, I'm not saying these types of drinks are "healthy" I'm just saying grabbing one of these instead of bottle of coke or pepsi can help stop drinking soda all the time.

I drink nothing but water all day long but after work for some reason i need something with taste, like apple juice, etc

I'm pretty sure they cashed me out for something.
Never mind, the check I have is from Alexia (i think potato chips?). But here's from teh google regarding the Naked Drinks:

The primary basis of the lawsuit stemmed from the company’s use of the words “All Natural” on products that contained Archer Daniels Midland’s Fibersol-2 (“a soluble corn fiber that acts as a low-calorie bulking agent”), fructooligosaccharides (an alternative sweetener), other artificial ingredients, such as calcium pantothenate (synthetically produced from formaldehyde), and genetically-modified soy.

Since these ingredients are either genetically-engineered or synthetically produced and do not exist in nature, it is completely misleading to consumers for these juices to claim to be “All Natural.”

Can't remember if I got my check from them yet or not
