Its just irresponsible to put that out there. Makes it seem like its harmless or something and you could drink gallons of coffee. What about long term caffeine usage on the heart? What about the effects at 100-500mg. Then 500mg-1g. 1g-2g. Etc. The nausea, anxiety, heart arrhythmia, effect on the lining of the stomach, dozens of other things. Caffeine is pretty terrible. To me people who drink and need their coffee everyday are as bad as cokeheads
