The man was pulled over in 2001 wit 14 ki's & detained and later released with no charges. He went to jail for a few days in Chicago then came home to the P sayin he paid Feds. He in sf gaurdian sayin he was released because he wasn't driving and his prints were not on dope! Lol after a week or so in jail? It was that simple? He said he was Tito Alston in interviews.
