Shaub is done, his arm is weak. I think he reads defenses fine, he just has no zip and DB's close on his throws because the ball takes forever to get there.

Carr will be starting before the season is over.

Defense still looks confused out there and blowing coverages.

I think mcgroin should get a shot with the first stringers. I still got carr behind him, 'cause I think he still needs time to learn the offense and develop as an nfl qb. mcgriddle having a year of experience in the same offense and familiarity with the receivers helps a lot.
