The camera.
The cameraman should feel guilty for the rest of his life because he instigated an already bad situation. Its no different than people pulling out phones to record an argument which often escalates it to a physical confrontation, and its all for their amusement. Well I'm glad the guy got his worldstarhiphop footage, and got to criticize people doing their job in a non constructive illogical way, but a life was lost in the process.

Think about that the next time you dumb fucking morons cherry pick a destructive illogical cop hate video from whatever criminal blogs you frequent, or record yourself race baiting hoping for a civil suit payday. You are all contributing to the violence problem in our society, and are offering nothing to help it.
