It should not be used. It is a form of art. Sometimes art imitates life, sometimes life imitates art. Lazy gumshoes, beatcops, and prosecutors who have no real case would utilize such a tactic. People should be more concerned about what they say on the internet.

No they should not be used against you. But just because they SHOULDN'T doesn't mean some prosecuter with a dick in his ass won't try.. With that being said, don't make it any easier for them.. Don't snitch or dry snitch on yourself with details of a crime Only the Person who committed them would know... Anything beyond that, who gives a fuck. You can make all the generalized statements you want to make.
