I had tough decisions to make on who to put on the top 10 and top 25. It wasn't that easy. I couldn't get everyone. Ms. Kitty has three albums out I believe.

The only POSSIBLE reason I can think of is because they are both from Sacramento. I hear Smigg was born here but his hood is from Sac. I have absolutely no problem with that but if you rep another city I can see why you aint gonna be mentioned on San Diego's list.
