Pittsburgh has a very very small Mexican population. There are restaurants all over, but it's all your typical Chevys or mad mex style places. And there is qdoba and chipotle, which both suck.
As a result, I've learned to make a shitload of bomb ass authentic Mexican food. I even make my own queso fresco now.
I'll put it this way, you have to go to a Mexican grocery to find tapatio.
