It's all about packing a lunch. It sucks at first but you get used to it. I'm not one to talk now, I eat probably a third of my meals at the bar and it's all greasy bar food. But when I lost weight before it was from bringing my yogurt and granola type lunches to work. Lots of fresh fruit works too.
So i have this thing, i dont eat anything except a very few meals.
unfortunately those meals do not consist of ANY veggies (unless i force myself)
I eat steak at least 3 times a week (which gets expensive)
tacos at least twice a week
fried chicken, ect ect & fuckin eat a TON of candy.
but yes, i need to get back to packing my lunch & forcing myself to eat it, but my work has all kinds of munchies in the kitchen, my will power fuckin SUCKS.
also I always thought hypnotherapy was bullshit but I know some folks that I love and trust that swear by it, so who knows?
I have never tried it but i know several people who have quit cigs after 30+ years from it & never looked back, imma see if it'll help me to like certain foods, like reprogram my brain.
