I been more into core work outs last year and 1/2, but I want to start building muscle, and be more defined. Least focus a work or two a week on strength and conditioning.
Functionally I'm strong, I can pull ups and chin ups from full arm extension - and my cardio is decent I can have a decent pace 3-4 mile run without feeling like I'm going to die. I can roll about 4-5 rounds.
I just want to get more abs and chest definition. I have to really drop my body fat %. I am probably in the 15-20% (closer to 20%) range... and should really be below 12%. Other wise you won't see the fruits of your labor when lifting heavy weights.
