I had roughly 230 cd's or so but traded all them bitches in after putting them on my hard drive, then the hard drive crashed. Moral of the story, don't trust technology.

lol @ tape collection. I had a grip of tapes too but every tape player I had access to died. Those are basically obsolete as much as it sucks to say that.

I converted every thing to MP3 over a decade ago.
Same with all my DVDs. They are all either avi, mkv or iso.
Sitting on a 8TB RAID 5 SAN accessible from anywhere.

I gave all my cd's away and put the dvds (media only, tossed the cases) in storage.
All my stuff is on a box as big as a loaf of bread.
