I believe that with human minds nearly anything is possible. However I don't feel there is anyone alive with the knowledge of self to do anything that'd dramatically convince people otherwise.

Mind over matter though, an example being Shaolin monks who can do things other humans can't like being carried by spears or 2 finger handstands etc, they attest it to the practice of Qigong. A national geographic video I remember once said that an IR camera can track heat moving in the body of monks when they prepare a specific body part with qigong. How can people explain tummo by Tibetan monks? The practice of changing your body temperatures via meditation.

All ancient teachings from kabballah to voodoo are just remnants of what they truly were, so the real knowledge is gone. But I believe some people (like the monks) who have direct lineage may actually still hold some of this knowledge.

Everything Shaolin Monks do has to do with practice and obviously extreme dedication. This isn't isolated to Monks. Biathlons (the sport where they ski then shoot rifles) have trained themselves to control their heart rates. This isn't something "normal" people can do, but through years of practice they can. There are thousands of such examples. In Finland there are people that can withstand near-boiling temperatures because they are in a "sport" called World Suana Championships (which as you guessed they sit in extremely hot Sauna's for long periods of time). Again "normal" people would die in such conditions (some have).

This isn't some long lost ancient wisdom it's simply a matter of dedication and practice. And of course meditation has been scientifically proven to increase core body temperatures (which again takes months/years of practice).

You know science better than me, you are right. I only have worked in the technology and science field for 15 years, have an electronics engineering degree and finishing up another degree in material sciences. Although, I have to admit I do not have a degree in Supernatural or witchcraft sciences lmao nor have I worked as a tarot card reader. Maybe you do or have?
