LINCOLNTON, NC (KTRK) -- A man is accused of sucking on a stranger's toes at Walmart has been found and arrested.
Police say Michael Brown approached a woman and asked if he could help her try on shoes. She thought he worked there and when he said he was training to be a foot doctor, she agreed. But then things got weird when he suddenly put her toes in his mouth.
"When I stretched out my foot and started moving, he grabbed my foot and stuck it in his mouth and started licking it," said alleged victim Erika Porras. "I said, 'What's happening, what's wrong? What's wrong with you? He said, 'Oh, I'm sorry ma'am forgive me. If you forgive me, I'll buy your groceries but please don't tell anybody.'"
Instead, she took off and alerted police. Brown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault.
It turns out, Brown has done something like this before. In 2001, he was convicted for breaking into a house just to suck on a woman's toes and was registered as a sex offender.
