I would fuck the hell out of Ashanti, but only after the fight. Business first, than pleasure

Have you ever had sex before a fight and thought during the fight, Damn it all, why did I have to have that piece of leg last night? I'm a damn fool?

Bernard Hopkins responded to the publication's question, saying: "Hell no. I'm going on eight to nine weeks now without sex. That's one of those old wives' tales that I've stood by."

Hopkins added:*"When I talk to young contenders, guys who are looking to make a name for themselves in boxing, I tell them two things."

"One, if you want to be champion, you have to be willing to sacrifice everything. Anything that interferes with your goals, and that includes sex, has to go. Or, number two, you can have your testicles out. Have your nuts removed. You'll have to learn that there are going to be women around, women who, before a fight, will say, "Oh, wow, look at your big muscles." I tell them the same thing: Just say no."

Timothy Bradley: Roach and Pacquiao Better be Ready for the Desert Storm

By Shawn Craddick
As Timothy Bradley is closing approaching his rematch with Manny Pacquiao, he wanted the to send a message. On his social media he addressed Freddie Roach and Manny Pacquiao. He is quoted, "I will be ready for a hard rain. You better be ready for a Desert Storm."

Timothy Bradley beat Manny Pacquiao in their first encounter. Most ringside and fans alike felt that Manny Pacquiao beat him pretty easy, however the judges had it the other way around. Bradley is still undefeated but he has been in some wars. All eyes are on this rematch to see if Bradley can pull the impossible again and beat Pacquiao. What do you think?

Timothy Bradley needs to learn to punch with his knuckles.

I was a pretty big fan of Bradley back in the day. I liked that he always fought with a chip on his shoulder and was a really hard worker in the gym. He's fought for everything he's gotten in that ring, can't fault him there.

I think he was handled by Pacquiao in the first fight but if he fights anyone like he fought Marquez, he would be difficult for anyone to beat. He gets caught up in the heat of battle too much sometimes but if he stays composed and sticks to his boxing a la Floyd Mayweather, he could end up having a very long and impressive career.

Tim Bradley: Manny Pacquiao Gotta Kill Me To Stop Me!

By Edward Chaykovsky

WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley believes he has the upper-hand with Manny Pacquiao and his team. Bradley has been making comments about Pacquiao being a more compassionate person who lost his killer instinct. In 2012, Bradley won a twelve round split decision over Pacquiao. Some felt the decision was controversial and the two boxers will do it again on April 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Bradley's comments on Pacquiao losing his killer drive has promoted some harsh and very threatening responses from the Filipino star and his trainer Freddie Roach.

“All you need is some inspiration and there was some fire from what I said,” Bradley said to The Desert Sun. “I think yeah, he will be the best Manny Pacquiao we’ve seen in a long time because it will have to be. That’s the only Manny Pacquiao that can deal with Tim Bradley. If he’s compassionate, he won’t be able to deal with me, period.

“Don’t show no compassion. Don’t show me none of that. I want the best Manny Pacquiao in the world. I want to fight the best. I want to put on a great show for all the fans on pay-per-view. I want to beat him, I want to put on a great show and I want to get what I didn’t get in the first fight, and that’s the credit I beat Manny Pacquiao. That’s it. That’s that.”

“On April 12, everyone is going to witness something great. I’m telling you I’m ready to go,” Bradley said. “I’m so fired up, I’m so determined, Manny Pacquaio gotta kill me to stop me.”

If I read you correctly about punching with his "knuckles" I agree with you...it's probably why he doesn't have the power to go with his speed...not turning over his punches...that's annoying to see...like Ike Quarte who looked like he was slap boxing (watch him vs De La Hoya...Quarte was slapping like a bitch at Oscar).

A lot of guys do it and very few that do it are known to have big punching power. The shot that Pacquiao knocked down Mosely with was like that surprisingly. I would tell guys in the gym that don't punch with their knuckles and slap with their punches to do pushups on their knuckles with their gloves on to help them get a feel for hitting with their knuckles with the gloves on. Some glove brands also bend your hand in such a way that it makes it hard to punch with your knuckles. Everlast is especially wack for this. Their new MX gloves seem to be better shaped though.

If I remember Everlast gloves are like pillows....Or was it the Grant gloves....anyways... one good exercise I used to do was shadow box with hand grips...squeeze the grip at the point of imagined impact while mimicking jabs, hooks, and body shots...it help me get a feel of when to clamp down on throwing shots...that dude in Mayweathers camp...Javon Love...I couldn't believe they let that guy come in the ring slap boxing the way he did in his last fight...like they didn't see that BIG GLARING FLAW while training in Mayweathers gym...they should have him practice his straight shots on a double end bag...you can't slap box that.

depends on the everlast glove but typically, they are not soft. They feel like they have the bill on a baseball hat on the inside of them and it makes it hard to make a fist in some of them. Grant gloves are really comfortable and soft but the Grant gloves I had felt too small but I have that problem with a lot of gloves. I use Everlast right now, I think they are the Protex 2 or 3's with the gel in them. They are pretty comfortable and my hands actually fit in them.
