low carb diets

anybody done this and actually stuck with it? im cool with eating a ton of meat all day (im sure saying this will backfire on meso ill make the joke myself) cheese and veggies...down about twenty pounds in a month...want to lose 20 more..sundays is usually a free for all and ill eat pizza and mcdonalds...i just dont know if i can do it forever...anybody done it? any luck?

Going completely keto? I've done it. Rather not unless I really have too.

I just carb cycle now. Not trying to get too weak...
I try to eat less than 30 carbs a day and that's before noon...it seems to be working quick which I know probably isn't too healthy...but im just worried about whatll happen when I eventually start eating carbs again on a regular basis

Your actually suppose to be burning at least a pound a week. You lost a lot of water weight and/or muscle. All carbs are not bad. Your suppose to be taking in complex carbs (oatmeal, Whole wheat bread/pasta etc etc) and staying away from the simple carbs (anything made with white flour, soda, sweets etc).

Limit cals, exercise regularly and stay away from junk food and you'll lose weight.

I burn a ton of calories during the day and lift heavy shit all day so im not so much worried about losing a ton of muscle...just trying to get rid of this belly...Im 6'3 was about 285...now im just over 260...stopped drinking soda...I know since im such a fat bastard ill lose a ton quick then it slow down...my goal is to get under 250...as far as the complex carbs should I eat hose early in the day or whenever?

In addition to the gym, i run about 35 to 40 miles a week. i cant see how I could ever go low carb. I tried it once and felt like a zombie running, almost tripping over my shoes.

You dont want to be that faggot thats out with your boys and they're ordering burgers, beer, popcorn shrimp, steaks and your ordering a chicken salad with no dressing and water.

All these diets are wack. It comes down to one thing; burn more calories than you intake. Its simple ass math.

For instance I consume roughly 5500 calories of soda and cheesy potatos a day. But since I'm constantly injecting meth and my heart rate rests at roughly 350 beats a minute, my body is constantly burning calories. thus I burn something like 8000 calories a day, and I'm ripped as fuck

Did the no carb thing for about a month and a half while exercising and went from 268 down to 215 but couldn't get lower than that. First 2 weeks were hard with no carbs but after that it I stayed eating only a little bit carbs. Lost so much weight so fast people thought I was twisting the pipe. Sucks tho once you cut out carbs for about a week then eat something with carbs it fucks you up.
