Password retrieval

Hi. I'm logged on with my phone, but trying to sign in with my laptop. I can't get a new password because I don't know my current one. When I try to have a new one sent it requires me to copy/paste a sentence, but there is no sentence to do so. Please help! Thanks!!!

That's the thing, I did do that. It is still not letting me reset my PW or anything. I am able to use this login name cause I am on my laptop, but I can't get it through my phone. I will try again and let you know.
