You're way off Butch... what are you drilling? Are you screwing the steel to something? You can get a countersink and put a cheap metal bit in it and saves few bucks if its a one time thing.... Pm the details and I'll tell you what tools you need and what you need to do...

Im just trying to drill holes through a top cap of a ecig thing, then chamfer the holes to remove burrs and countersink it so theres no whistle to it

Like see the holes in the top cap of this ecig.. I dont know if you can zoom in but he countersunk the holes he drilled because it eliminates the whistle you get inhaling. Im going to drill a 1/8th hole and i want to do the same countersinking or chamfering or whatever to the holes

the hardest part of that shit butch would be holding the tiny thing still. i normally do shit like that the cheapest half assed way possible. to do that i would buy a cheap drill bit the size you want and then another size up and drill the whole through and then countersink it with the tip of the next sized drill bit.

a few years ago i had got in a big argument with my girlfriend at the time and when we went to sleep in the middle of the night i acted like i was sleep and rolled over and swung my arm at her face and hit her hell hard on purpose fuck that bitch. she tried to wake me up but i acted sleep. the next day she told me what i did. it was believable because i move alot in my sleep
