I have never had a flu shot and I haven't been sick since December 2012, when the world was supposed to end. Hella hype over these flu shots though, step your immune game up naturally.

It's not that they make you soft, it's that they're over hyped, people make a very big deal like it's crack. I understand for older people but if people actually took care of their immune systems you wouldn't need that.
