A person shall not purchase, carry, or transport a pistol in this state without first having obtained a license for the pistol as prescribed in this section

The person is a citizen of the United States and is a legal resident of this state

I usually look at profiles to PM or look back their post history for whatever reason (sometimes looking for something said) and always forget you can do it from the drop down when you left click on screen names anyways.

That said I've seen some random ass names there that have made me wonder what they were looking at/for.
