Had a dream I was in Mexico and got shot in the back during a shootout by rival cartels. One of the members dragged me to safety for some reason and brought me to see one of their off the radar on the payroll surgeons. Dude ended up being like a higher up in the cartel and I spent time at his mansion in the countryside of Mexico as I recovered. The dream gets kinda blurry between the two things but apparently I joined the cartel after that and rose in power until I was a capo with the name of El Irish. Then I woke up.
