Well seeing 75% of our business is on the weekends and I'm a manager it's kinda a requirement. Also I don't know, past your like late 20s to me weekends are just are like any other part of the week for the most part. Sure a few things happen more during them like concerts and the such but I can just request them, get togethers and parties off if I need to.
And I mean I've had the last three Saturdays off prior to this without requesting them. There are pros and cons to a non set schedule like anything else. Sometimes I end up with three days off in a row but still with 40 hours each week if I end up off Thursday (last day in our work week) and Friday and Saturday off the following schedule.
