not gonna lie breh, the first 15 mins are the hardest ....every time at the 15 min mark I think to myself "this shit is taking FOREVER!"
then by 17 mins in, I start to get that euphoria & next thing I know an hour passed.
for me personally, I find all it takes is the motivation to get there, & a good playlist & its all good after that.
I am not hella fat, but I am a big solid guy... huge diet change for me these past 2 weeks, no more soda, fast food, or red meat til I get down to weight.
water, fish (in which I JUST started eating last week after 25 years of not touching ANY fish) chicken, & veggies til I get to 218. Started @ 276 a little over 2 weeks ago, I am 257 as of this morning.
