We have a thing called MPC (minutes per customer) which is how many minutes are spent on each customer that comes in by relation of how much staff you have. Each 0.5 in either direction is pretty big. For 3200 people we should have had a MPC of around 5.5-6.5 or so, it was 3.2 tonight.

I work at 5:30PM but I have some errands I'm going to try to get to before work if I don't sleep until 1:00PM which after tonight is possible honestly. Thanks though bro. I literally work more or less every Sunday because everyone requests it off for football and I really don't care too much.
