vice used to cover shit like this to bring exposure in a good way...like "damn look at whats going on" and maintained a lot of confidentiality, especially since they were into the drug game themselves (not dealing, but experimenting). thats what set Vice apart. this is some snitching, killing game, wagging your finger at them, hater bullshit right here, and they deserve the death threats that they're getting.

edit:^^^Great post, basically what I meant to say with all my gibberish below

after this vice cant be trusted anymore

they had a lil sentence at the end i didnt copy and paste that said
"if you have any information on how lean is being sold from wholesale to the black market please contact us" lol wtf

not fuckin with them like that no more
i remember when vice was just some young kids doin a magazine in san francisco and new yorks music stores and had zero visibility outside of the peopel buying music and picking up the free magazines at the front\
they killin alot of peoples money by talking about this shit

drugs inc on nat geo must be funded by the DEA/FBI as well. gotta be.
they be on the sellers side, then be on the cops side busting people...how come they dont bust nat geo for assisting in drug sales... and advertising and promoting
\
i wouldnt even fuck with IG anymore personally, not to grind. im cool i dont even post there anymore really
its not the same as it used to be. green dot is next..everythings getting tore up silk road and so on

I've been following Vice for a long time now. I am subscribed to their youtube, which contains some pretty incredible stories/documentaries/news reports from across the globe.

Lately, I've noticed them doing quite a bit of stories on organized crime, such as infiltrating the Camorrah, prison gangs, interviewing high-ranking members, etc. As far as this story, honestly couldn't believe what I was reading. I know they blurred the accounts in the photos and all, but its still foul. Thanks for sharing

Pretty amazing that anything you want, from anywhere on the planet is a few mouse clicks away.

I always say there are three things you can get anywhere on earth: drugs, women, and pizza. Lol

-----------------------

And hold up, the Feds busted the Silk Road???

"According to FBI agent Christopher Tarbell, who wrote the indictment, the agency also made over 100 transactions on the site during its investigation and obtained a mirror of a Silk Road server in an unidentified foreign country, managing to surveil the site's traffic in real time. They estimated that from Feb 2011 to July 2013, the site pulled in $1.6 billion in sales, resulting in $80 million in commissions. It also estimated there were 1,229,465 transactions on the site during that period, and 957,079 total registered users. It's not clear what information the FBI may have obtained about those users, but its surveillance raises the specter of further prosecutions to come"

This is insane

to be real, up until this...i actually thought of it as a small goal to eventually work or write freelance for vice. i always looked at myself as someone who could help the vibe they were going with. hella stories to tell, know my limits, etc. i dont know when but recently, they got some sort of big money. noisey started going out of country to everywhere, they started going all across the nation for indy music, and shit like that. dont know who backs them but i remember when vice was just a magazine bro. i remember the homie at my college in '97 ended up on their 'do's and dont's' list. we used to pick the magazine up at amoeba on haigst street in san francisco after crake digging for vinyl.

TV in general was created for propaganda, its a way to infiltrate households and communities with programming. D.I. is no different, Nat Geo been receiving fed money since it began
we all know that. cmon, bro lol. im just saying it dosent dawn on you that nat geo could be snitching on the same people they interview, you watch it for entertainment and think, whod trust them and put dope on the table and get interviewed? those interviewees are probably cops themselves honestly. just crazy how much advertisment and promotion for drugs they do yet play the other side of the fence

drugs inc nashville was really blowing up bum ass tweek cooks...i was suprised..why even put it out there like that....some little kids probably never knew the extent and now are thinking a little bit...rebellion is in most young kids

let me not ramble too much. but yeah man obviously. the grand point of what were talking about is noisey going from people whom we thought were a little smarter to snitching shit out straight up. how long till vice is a channel on your TV? quote me on that.. 5-10 years tops

word. Yu might know that but all the people paying for cable or satellite apparently don't.

The first time I ever watched I knew they were. Any cat willing to expose game on camera or elsewhere, supposed to know better and is breakin the rules, they bring it on themselves. Cats dont think.

I feel you on the undercover interviewees too felt the same way

Yea man I knew about it, but didn't know they seized it. I was in Spain since beginning October, must have happened around the time I left. Anyway, I was reading the transcript for the case against the owner of Silk Road...shit is insane how the gov tracked him down. It begins around Page 23: http://www1.icsi.berkeley.edu/~nweaver/UlbrichtCriminalComplaint.pdf

They used google+ and gmail to find him. Goggle obviously gotta be working with, or owned by the usa gov. Or maybe a higher power.

Are you trying to say that the Drugs Inc. show/National Geographic network are staging these shows with cops, to "un"intentionally promote certain underworld activies in certain areas by instituting "moles" that create circumstances to grow an underground network of criminal enterprise? And then crack down on crime in that target area once they have unintentionally encouraged people to get out there and live a criminal lifestyle?

example: a show on meth use in phoenix, broadcast on the television, makes people in phoenix realise the extent of underworld activity (money to be made, opportunities) in phoenix, ultimately encourages some of the "target audience" to get off their couch and partake in these activities. I could totally see this happening man. Or is the kush got me paranoid here :dead:

yep, i am saying that. i mean its not necessarily a far off thought, but at the same time, its just wild when you look at the whole plan of that shit. the last show in nashville , they could suspect you had any wrongdoing (meaning , you can be innocent and they just THINK you know or do something) and can take your cars, bank accounts, assets and so on. basically the nashville police outwardly admit to using criminal enterprises to fund their police force. on the bigger tip, i feel like the criminal enterprise is being used to fund even higher ups. once again some of this shit is like duh, but its crazy to me how obvious this is becoming.

thats shit that can eventually break the drug war. and not for the better. if A seeks to make money off of B, who would we say is more powerful at that point in time? B dosent need A.
drugs inc is making it really obvious that theres a bigger plan than what we see, lately. i of course would never be on that show cuz i tihnk, okay 3-7 years down the line you get busted you know what the fuck is up. but if i was a younger child, would seeing this inspire me? i was inspired by the rebellion and huge net worth of pharmeceutical/drug business as a kid and started doing my knowledge early. i just feel like theyre systematically doing something worse than the implanting of crack cocaine in ghettos at this point.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to prove shit to get one but PayPal might turn you in for taxes of they see a lot of unaccounted money showing up. I know they've done it to eBay sellers and escort services.
