can't wait for the game.

avila gonna catch, scrambled eggs and all? they can say whatever, but that dude got his bell rung when ross trucked him at home. it was more than a "twisted knee". brayan pena is too fat to call an effective game and be able to be where he needs to, and vmart's hammy is fucked.

considering it has been nearly a decade since the Padres have been to the playoffs, I can't blame you.

since 2002, New England teams have had 12 appearances between the sb, world series, stanley cup and nba finals.

Yes the thread is about the world series and Im just saying that im not that into it. I would have much rather seen the Red Sox vs the Dodgers. Would have been more exciting to me.

fair enough. i'd rather see an LA v Boston series as well - only cuz I'm not a fan of the Dodgers, and the sox have already beaten the Cards in recent enough history.
