Yeah you should check out stuff from Cutthroat Boyz if you haven't. It's Vince Staples, Joey Fatts, and Aston Matthews. Vince and Joey are from Long Beach and Aston's from Lakewood which is between there and Compton.
They aren't a rap group actually, Cutthroat Boyz is just their crew. They of course rap with each other often though.

I've met a handful ok cops but definitely a small minority. There's one really cool cop here in town. He's let me go for petty shit a bunch of times. Back in the day I saw him at a bar and he told me that my house was being watched and he knew I sold drugs and I should knock it off before I got caught. Haha.
