Im in toronto west end actually mississauga but part of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Ya they lenient about everything but harper put in mandatory minimums now,dumb shit. Toronto aint even that bad just lil pockets if you dont know a factor there youll def get robbed. Hamilton , st catherines, windsor etc prob worse and dirtier cuz buffalo and detroit beside em. ive heard winnipeg and south east calgary wild. Winnipeg got fuck all people but always has highest murder rate, lots of natives and bikers doing shit out there.
