I get mess not showing up for a show a week later, he just got layed down by 5 dudes and probably got alot more fucked up then the short clip showed, wounds will heal and maybe he gets off that yola.

A Messy show in Washington might draw what, like 100 people tops? Say $25 a ticket = $2500. Plus let's say a $30 bar tab per person = $3000. So maybe around $5500 gross profit for the night means you're taking a loss of $2500 minimum just to book a semi-popular regional rapper.
