Nah the best way is lightyly oiling a pan and stiring it on medium until it's reheated. That's the second best way though although it still never seems to totally heat it and you get some crunchy pieces sometimes.

Get a bowl put the rice in first, add Mongolian beef and let the sauce (no Marty) cover all the rice, then add whatever food you got left to the bowl and heat for 3 mins.
