I'm going to finish my school and training in the Bay... but plan to either move back to Texas, or maybe move to upper northern cali. Basically anywhere a 100g can make you live stress free, rather then barely afloat.

if its a wooden fence, first your gonna wanna power wash it and let it dry for atleast 24 hours, after its all cleaned up slap a coat of paint on the bitch, let it dry and slap another coat on for good measure. thats the proper way, you can thank me later for free advice.

I was living up north by Chico/redding and the cost of living was significantly cheaper than the bay/central ca. The people were kinda shitty, wannabe thugs and racists running rampant, it's weird. I would suggest CA over TX any day but at least you have the ocean and bangin women in both states.

that depends on the condition of the existing paint. if its begining to peel then your gonna wanna scrape all that shit off so it doesnt effect the new paint. while your at it change all the crappy dry rotted fence boards.

My brother lives in Chico, and has been trying make me relocate once I'm done with training.

He rents a house for like 1000, and use to rent a apt for way less. Compare that to the bay is tripple that price. He works in paradise though, meth capital.
