Broner should fight Khan next.

Gamboa also makes sense.

I don't think Broner would risk it against Matthyse, Kieth Thurman, Olusegun, or Maidana at this point in his career for risk / reward factors .

I don't think Haymon would put Danny Garcia in there with Broner next either.

I would also like to see him against Berto, Rios, Ortiz , Alvarado, Guerrero etc. He can make a good fight with all these guys.

Rios, Marquez and Bradley are all in fights right now so...

Naw I dont think Donaire hits harder than Broner p4p. Also Donaire barely hit Rigondeaux due to his running. If Broner hits Rigondeaux as much as he hit Paulie Rigondeaux would drop with the quickness. Got Em!!
How many one punch KOs and one punch knock downs does broner have against durable fighters ? Donaire is one of the hardest hitters in the game p4p no question.

Broner wouldn't be able to hit Rigondeaux as much as he hit Paulie. Again this is fantasy silly talk since Rigo is 122 pounds but again, bringing up Donaire after a broner vs Paulie fight is ridiculous. Totally different. Try cutting off the ring against a master boxer like Rigo or Floyd, it's not easy.

Paulie won the fight, Broner landed a couple power shots each round and got outworked most rounds. All politics like stated. So much for knocking Paulie out.

Broner wasnt impressive at all. Terrible showcase for his 147 debut. Anybody he fights next is gonna whoop and shut his mouth. Thats assuming he doesn't fight some nobody. Sorry Czar but there wouldn't have been a split decision if Broner clearly won the fight.

Bro you are tripping!!! Broner wasn't impressive!??

Broner faught his fight the whole fight! Name 1 time he got was hit flush with any power punch that hurt him?

Or name a time in the fight he was forced to change his game plan because he was being dominated?? Paulie has a good chin so I give him credit. He got wobbled a couple times though and unfortunately it was in the last seconds of those rounds.

Give broner credit though. He fought a very experienced 147 lb fighter and made it look very easy.

Lets not go too crazy here. It was a pretty close fight and broner didn't have an easy time in the ring. Paulie can't crack an egg so it's not surprising he didn't hurt broner (when does Paulie hurt anyone? ). If anything I think broner was embarrassed a bit. He was supposed to knock out Paulie and was a 14-1 favorite. I think broner should drop back down to 140 where he may have some more power.

I didn't think Broner was impressive. His last 2 fights have shown that his offense stops when the other guy is punching. He does stay composed, but neither of those guys had punching power. He doesn't slip punches very well. Like I mentioned earlier, his short torso is great for his style because he has long arms which cover his body well. He got hit clean more than he should have in the last 2 fights, which is probably because neither guy could punch. I'd really like to see him fight someone of worth in his next fight. Fans would pick Garcia, Matthysse, Guerrero, or someone like that. I'd be surprised if he fights any of those.

Paulie is tough as hell. No one should be surprised that Broner didn't stop him. The times he's been stopped were from accumulation of punches. Paulie wasn't in danger of being knocked out against Hatton, he was just WAY behind and the fight stoppin'est trainer of all time was his trainer. Stopping it was the right move, but he wasn't hurt. Same with Khan. He took a ridiculous beating from Cotto and hung in there. Maybe Broner meant he's never been legitimately knocked out even though he's been stopped.

I don't know man, that was a pretty nice knee he threw there.
Along with a couple super man punches and 360 behind the head shots.

If it was anyone else there would have been points taken away. Not Broner though. Or anyone on Haymon's squad.

You do realize that if the ref took points away it would have been a draw right?
I'm not complaining or sticking up for Paulie. Like he said, that's just how it is.

So to say Broner came in and did his thing, whooped him, etc. he's lucky he didn't come out with a draw.

^good point. That 3rd foul should've been a point deduction. The knee could've been one by itself with some judges. The behind the back punches were just stupid and he also elbowed paulie to end one of the rounds. Should've had a point taken.

I think Garcia or Matthysse gives him trouble. I could see Khan giving him trouble even until the wind from one of Broner's punches shatters his jaw or something. Even Maidana would be a sick fight. Maidana and the first 2 guys I said are a problem for Broner because they have power and can take a punch.

Btw, Showtime and GBP are putting on some damn good shows. TR got lucky I think with the 2 fights early this year. Sho and GBP are consistently doing their thing and it's great for the fans.

U act like the score cards are always correct. That judge that scored the fight for Paulie was on crack! Ima let yall continue to hate just like yall do on Floyd. Whats the point? I know what I saw so Ill leave it at that. Waiting for the next victim in Broner's way. He is the truth! Now a champ at 147. Got Em!!

Does anybody know any websites where we can watch/stream these boxing fights like the day after? I thought I remember hearing of a website like that for UFC fights
Do u use torrents?

Czar, Floyd doesn't struggle with guys like Paulie, he dominates. Yeah some people hate on Floyd the person but inside the ring he's the best and really no one can talk shit about his skills. Broner left a lot to desire last night and many questions still remain. Big difference.

Dude it doesnt matter, after Floyd fights people still find reasons to hate. Either the opponent was old, overrated or hand picked etc......Hating is hating. Broner is 23 just like Canelo and if u say Broner still has a lot left to be desired then so does Canelo who struggled with Trout. Dont hate on one man and not the next who is in the same boat! Thats all I am saying. These same dudes hating on Broner propped Canelo after his controversial win over Trout. Got Em!!
