40 set out to make a single that would appeal to 21 year olds partying in Vegas for Memorial Day weekend and he pretty much hit the nail on the head.

BART stopped being 40's target demographic for a radio single a long time ago. if BART likes his single its a plus, not an indication of how well it will do on the radio or in the clubs.
