He's basically overstimulated. Let's see what's going on in the background. The TV is on in the other room (I guess someone forgot to turn it off.), flickering of the lights, and the baby is crying. No beating him won't help neither spanking. It will make things worse. I should now. I have autism.

In order for a token economy to work, the reinforcement must be immediate. The reason is because Jaime did not receive his snack right away, so he had an opportunity to injure himself. Then you had to deal with that. He didn't get his reward which made him escalate violence even more. When he gets his tokens he must get a reward right away no matter what. The whole system will fail if not done consistently.
