Reading one of the fishing forums i frequent just now. It's a thread about neck tats. One guy had this to say.

"l agree with most of the posts above.l was getting a subway sandwich the other day and after the guy made the sub he peeled off his glove at register to reveal a gang tat on his hand. l commented on it and walked out without the sub-let him eat explain that to his boss. Probably shoots his sidearm sideways too."
