You obviously don't know what you're talking about as far as Golovkins amateur and Olympic resume goes, Dirrell, Bute and Lee are just three names that you would recognize. I can name top Russian and Ukranian fighters he beat but you wouldnt know who they are. As stated he had three hundred fights and beat top opponents for years (his amateur record was reportedly 350-5). He was a highly decorated amateur and Olympic medal winner.
See what I mean? U dont do nuthin but up-talk GGG like he is the best there is. U just said he has 5 amateur losses hahahaha. 5 losses as an amateur??? Dude Sergio & Ward and maybe even Chavez would smoke dude. He obviously is beatable with 5 losses as an amateur. Whether I know some of these guys or not, to me he hasnt fought big time competition and if the best u can give me is Bute, Dirrell, & Lee then keep it movin because Im far from being impressed. Now once he fights someone good then hit me up. GGG gets no pass homie. Just like we bash Canelo for not fighting no one and how yall bash Broner for fighting no one although he has beat the bes in his current division but GGG doesnt get the same treatment. Miss me with it homie. I know my boxing trust me. I might not know all these under euro and foreign amateur cats because of not being able to see them or for whatever reason but I try to watch as much boxing as I can and what they show I mostly watch. GGG is coo but he isnt the best dog simple as that! Got Em!!

First off homie I'm not talking big about Golovkin, I dropped facts. If your not impressed with a 350-5 amateur record then nothing impresses you.

Second, as stated Golovkin has tried to fight the top guys but got turned down for well over two years. When I spoke on Canelo he was fighting no hopers when the top guys all wanted to fight him. Massive difference.

Third, I'm not the one claiming Golovkin is the next pound for pound king like you are wirh Broner. In fact all that I've done is rock him in my sig and post info on his fights. I never said he'd beat this guy or that guy, only one predictions I made was that he'd beat Chavez. As for Sergio, I don't even care who wins, my concern is the best fight the best. Hopefully if Golovkin beats Macklin, Sergio will be next since fat ass Chavez won't make 160 anymore, Quillin is on Showtime so that leaves GGG vs Sergio which is an awesome fight for boxing.

Btw, no one in boxing is unbeatable. The greatest fighters of all time lost. There isn't a single top 20 fighter pound 4 pound who didn't lose.

So I don't understand what you're trying to prove here. Andre Ward beats him? No shit he's a 168 pounder and arguably the pound 4 pound #1 fighter in the world. GGG is too small for 168 and Ward beats anyone at 160-168. You have some weird idea that if someone loses to someone they are a bum or something?

Yea to me promoting the guy in your sig is stronger than just posting about him. That means u took time to make a personal sig and keep it there for 24/7 promotion. Again thats cool if u love dude but dont act like hes done more than hes done. Again these cats dont call their shots. U say folks are ducking this dude but these boxers dont make their own fights. Really only mayweather makes his own fights for the most part. With that said until cats fight we dont know whats really goin on behind closed doors.

Also I do brag about Broner because its what I believe and have never denied it so whats your point? Actually Mayweather has never lost so goes that theory. I know he may be the exception but just saon he is one of the greatest fighters of all time and hasnt lost. Just sayin. I am not trying to make a point just saying dont treat GGG any different than other cats as far as trying to act like he has fought tp notch comp because he hasnt. Im sure within a year or so we will really get to see who dude is and what he is made of. Got Em!!

GARCIA SAYS ALVARADO RAN LIKE DE LA HOYA DID AGAINST TRINIDAD
April 8th, 2013 | by admin

“The last few rounds, he ran. He didn’t just box, he ran around. I remember Oscar De La Hoya, when he fought Trinidad, I think De La Hoya was way ahead on points. I think he was winning; I think De La Hoya won the fight, but in the last two rounds, nah, he fuckin’ ran and ran and ran…And now, we basically get the same,” stated world-class trainer Robert Garcia, who shared his thoughts on Mike Alvarado’s performance against Brandon Rios. Check out what else he had to say!

lol this guy. Takes 20 seconds to change a sig. I've had hundreds of different sigs.

Really only mayweather makes his own fights for the most part. With that said until cats fight we dont know whats really goin on behind closed doors.
What I speak is well documented. GGG was Felix Sturms mandatory for two years. Sturm is his own promoter. It was revealed that Sturm paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to the WBA to not fight GGG. That is a blatant duck. Ndam was ordered to fight Golovkin for a vacant title. Ndam didn't show up to the purse bid and lost his rankings. Geale was ordered to fight GGG and turned it down and was stripped his title as a result. Those are facts.

Martinez and Chavez aren't ducking since they are the two biggest names in the division (in America). If Sergio and Chavez want to take easier fights for the time being that's fine by me, they both deserve it.

My concern again is the best fight the best. Sergio is champion at MW, Geale is #1 and Golovkin is #2. Geale is doing his own thing so the best fight at MW is Sergio vs GGG, which would also be a unification bout. I think this fight may happen at the end of the year, provided neither loses.

Actually Mayweather has never lost so goes that theory. I know he may be the exception but just saon he is one of the greatest fighters of all time and hasnt lost.
Mayweather is not a top 20 all time great fighter though, his resume is far to weak.

Again I made no claims about Golovkin other than he's tried to fight the best which absolutely is true. My dislike of Broner is related to the fact he's a fruitcake. The guy has skills though and he's a good fighter, I never said otherwise.

Its pointless to keep goin back and fourth. I will say Mayweather is easily a top 20 fighter in my eyes. This is all opinion anyway and he is one of the greatest that I have ever witnessed. Got Em!!

You're not a boxing historian though so your opinion would hold no weight.

I also forgot to mention my man Kid Chocolate. He is screwed since he's with Golden Boy and stuck on Showtime. The biggest names at MW, Sergio, Chavez and GGG, all fight on HBO so gotta feel bad for Quillin. Golden Boy staying on Showtime is good for a lot of 140-147 pound fighters but it isolates other guys like Peter.

Mayweather is never going to get the credit he deserves for being a top fighter because people/fans want to see him get beat up and lose.

If Mayweather was in a few wars that he lost, he'd be top 20 on many of the fans top list. But since he has never been beaten up or hasn't lost, they say his comp has been too weak.

No Its because the top 20 fought better opponents and had better resumes. Listen, Floyd is a great, amazing fighter. And he's still not done yet. But his best wins are who? Diego Corrales and Marquez or Cotto? That won't cut it when compared to the Robinson's, Leonard's, Ali's, Armstrong's, Langford's, Greb's, etc.

Not since I'm siding with the opinion of historians. All the true lists I've seen Floyd is typically around the 45-50 mark. Again he's not done. What if he beats Guerrero then moves up to 160 and beats Sergio? Surely that would elevate him tremendously. But as of right now he's not top 20 all time. This isn't a knock on Floyd its just incredibly hard to crack the top 20 being these guys have phenomenal resumes.

Wow Golden Boy is on some bullshit with this trickery. No titles at stake? Haha its like a loophole!

Lucas Matthysse and Lamont Peterson are working hard for
their upcoming match, scheduled to take place on May 18th at
the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City . Peterson (31-1-1, 16
KO’s) vs. Matthysse (33-2, 31 KO’s) will be the Showtime
televised fight to Devon Alexander vs. Kell Brook will headline
the show. Golden Boy Promotions announced earlier today that
Peterson-Matthysse will take place at the catch-weight of 141-pounds, which means Peterson's IBF junior welterweight title,
and Matthysse's WBC interim-title, are not at stake.

The fight is technically being billed as a "twelve round
welterweight " match. Matthysse, the WBC's mandatory
challenger to champion Danny Garcia, would likely remain in
that position regardless of the Peterson outcome.

Floyd has fought the best fighters in his era...
Except the glaringly obvious Pacquiao situation. Which all time greats made up every excuse in the book why they couldn't fight the best fighter in their division. And before you spout off something about steroids, did Floyd ever mention random blood testing before the Pac bout was being asked for by fans and boxing media?

Btw, I also believe Floyd is a great fighter but by no means do I think he's in the top 20. I think BHOP just recently entered the discussion of being a top 20 boxer. Being undefeated isn't everything. Ricardo Lopez doesn't get any credit in that regard and is by far one of the most talented boxers in recent history and retired 51-0-1 with 38ko's and defended his title 21 times. No one mentions him as being in the top 5 Mexican born fighters of all time, much less top 50 ever.

Floyd has fought good competition but waited too long to fight certain fighters, ducked others for b.s. reasons etc...

So have the Klitchosco brothers or however the fuck you spell their name.

It's hard to put Floyd in the top 20 boxers of all time. I like what Floyd has done, and he's a master at his craft, but I don't think any historian would put him in the top 20 of all time. Somehwere like 40-60 would be appropriate but 20? Nah.

In no order:

Ali
Dempsey
Robinson
Armstrong
Duran
Leonard
Whitaker
Gans
Frazier
Langford
Louis
Moore
Tunney
Chavez Sr
Pep
Greb
Johnson
Foreman
Ketchel
Walker

And that's just off the top of my head. I'm sure if I sat down and really typed up a list some of those would be off and others would be on. Point is, no historian is going to rank him in the top 20. Top 50? Absolutely. 20? Nah.

Floyd fought and beat two hall of fame fighters in Oscar De La Hoya and Sugar Shane Mosley before they were washed up/shot.

Let's not even talk about Pacquiao (who couldn't make up his mind if he wanted to test or not)
