If you haven’t heard from now, Yukmouth’s group The Regime’s new album The Dragon Gang drops today, and it has been getting very solid reviews all through out The Bay. However, instead of being happy about the release, Yukmouth was not too thrilled this afternoon when he called up Go Der headquarters and gave us an exclusive interview (or rant) about Plies. Apparently, Plies has own group named The Regime that he has had since last year, and Yuk just found out about it. Let’s just say he wasn’t too pleased…
Yukmouth: Let’s get on this sucka man! We are The Regime mane! And this sucka ass nigga Piles just waked up and just started calling himself The Regime man! Nigga you KNOW we’ve been poppin’ this shit since 97. Yukmouth and The Regime was like Pac and the Outlawz you know what I mean? This little bum ass nigga was up in his video claiming [The Regime name| and I’m guessing he has no clue of it. This nigga was claiming the Goon Squad before, what the fuck happened to that? So I just had to get on this nigga’s helmet.
[When it comes to beef| I done squashed my beef with everybody, from Game, to Master P, to G-Unit, and all them niggas man, we ain’t beefing with nobody. It’s always the sucka ass nigga that makes you want to get back in the ring ya feel me? If you GOOGLE The Regime or if you put The Regime on Wikipedia, you will see “A supergroup started by Yukmouth started in 1996” If you google that name, that information will pop up! Everybody knows that, so don’t be playing with a nigga’s movement you know nothing about.
