I know someone that had 2 shoulder surgerys, got badly depressed after being put on certain medication. Hes somewhat of a tweaker i guess but lost his girlfriend of 10 years. Hes the closest i know of taking himself out. Another kid who was friend of a friend lost everything and died and i still dont know if it was from tweaking or he killing himself.
