In Guangdong Province they eat everything. China is big though and every little place has their own specialties. You have to try it all. Some shit is disgusting, and some is awesome. Just like anywhere I'd say. It's just that the food in this country hasn't changed that much by capitalism/fast food industry. Which I'd say is a good thing.

My Kiwi homie loves fermented bean curds...smells like shit to me and has the consistency of diarrhea. I on the other hand love some over the top spicy duck neck while drinking some beers... others hate it. Also a thing of getting used to.

About working with Chinese...I feel your pain. lol
