never had or heard of jersey mikes, but I both jimmyjohns and subway are cheap ass quality meat and produce on badly homemade bread. Subway just happens to give you more food for a smaller price.
Potbelly is pretty good for a chain sub place. They just opened one on first hill and I've fucked with a few times. They only serve hot sammichs though.
