I think it depends on the state where you live, the number of people in the house hold against the income that comes in and all kinds of other factors
when I was a kid my mom got $200 for food stamps, but this was back in the 80's and 90's, when I was 13 they dropped her shit down to like $70 a month because she started receiving disability. With her disability at like $600 and some other disability check at like $200 apparently they felt $800 was enough to feed us lol
I've known a lot of people that have been able to get over on the system though, people with good jobs and plenty of money, yet still get EBT. Personally i'm not a fan of that shit due to our country being in a terrible state economically right now, these people just help make it worse, but at the same time I can't knock their hustle.
