DUI Question

If this REALLY happened, then maybe the cop was chillin up the block watching your dumbass come back. but then i guess he wouldve just rolled up. you must be young though cause i know if i wouldve caught a break like that, i wouldve gone home and gone to sleep. come back for the car the next day. A DUI is nothing to play with. that shit will set your life back years man...real talk.
i got setup for a DUI a few months ago.
two blocks from my house, wasnt high, hadnt smoked, hadnt done any drugs
even thinking about it pisses me the fuck off
let me out on the weekend 9hrs later didnt impound my car etc etc
they got me to the station and blood tested me...of course i got drugs in my blood
and whats worse is my pub pretender dosent like me for some reason and dosent even care to help me
hate to say it but i do not have another 3k to drop on ANOTHER lawyer i just had a weapons charge, how im not violating probaion i dunno, but whatever
i dont even wanna talk about this shit. shit just hurts my stomach man
that muthafuckas can get systematically set up
i would have been safer in west oakland

this bitch is an interesting one, went up to me in the middle of court and told my girl she shouldnt be holding my hand, like what type of defense strategy is that, should i tell her not to show support in court with me? we were sitting down and the judge wasnt even addressing me in the first place, everyone was just in the back of the room in them seats waiting
then we get outside and sit down at the same bench shes at when we get out, and she looks all the way down 15 ft or so and goes "EXCUSE ME, YEAH IM GOING TO NEED SOME PRIVACY, THANKS"
just random outbursts like that. the first day i met the PD she was like in a arguing mood and didnt listen to shit i had to say at all. and then apologized for getting off on the wrong foot. shits pretty weak my brehs, we shall see, she just annoys me

No, I took a piss on the side of this liquor store that is around the corner from my house. The little indian store owner started yelling he was going to call the cops I said some shit back to him like fuck you or what ever and he got on his phone so instead of sticking around or driving the car me and my girl walked up the street about two blocks to avoid the cops or a DUI. The cops seen us walking down the street and stoped us two blocks from my car. They couldn't prove either of us were driving so he didn't give either of us a breath test or anything. He just took my car keys and called us a cab home. He told me not to drive the car home at all that night.
I figured this was a trick so he could impound my car somehow or it would get broken into cuz the liquor store is kinda grimey at night. I had the cab driver drive me back about 20 minutes later and picked up my car. Now I got voice messages on my cell phone from the cop saying he needs to talk to me he knows I picked the car up right after he left ect...
He doesnt come back to work until tomorrow so I don't know what he can do if anything. His case would basically be I thought he was drunk I told him not to drive I have him on the liquor store survielance camera taking the car 20 minutes after we left the seen.
He has no BAC test and he never did a sobriety field test on me so how can he even prove I was drunk in the first place? I talked to a laywer and he said to just not even answer his calls if he puts a warrent out for you or anything the lawyer can get the case dropped before it even hits court.

i just beat a case a couple months ago using a public defender she was real good and young and seemed to really care about helping people .she was only like 27 i think. But they were tryna hit me with 15 months and she got me cleared of all charges saying it was police misconduct and it didint help the cops thats in that city right now they are being sued by hella people for missconduct and illegal searches so we used that to my advantage now im working on a civil suit to cash in on these fuckin pigs
but she was an exception cuz all other public defenders dont give a shit about u they just want to work out a deal so they wont have to fight for u
