I've actually only played ME2 and was definitely thinking that I should've started with 1 so I stopped where I was with ME2. 1 and 2 are cheap enough that you could cop all 3 for less than dishonored by itself if I'm not mistaken. Very solid game from what I played.

Anyone ever play heavy rain? I've had it for over a year and finally started it today. It's boring as hell and I already know where the story is going so I think I'm gonna trade it in and get $0.56 for it at gamestop. Anyone actually like this game though? I only got to the part where he appears to be divorced and a single dad

Heavy Rain is/was one of the best games this gen. This is coming from a person who played and beat it.

If you like first person games that are heavy on game style choice such as playing stealthy or going crazy and killing everyone, Dishonored is your choice. I didn't play Sleeping Dogs as it looked like a poor mans GTA to me. I've heard it was good but I didn't fuck with it. I'm a MASS EFFECT fan and it's only the single greatest game franchise in the history of gaming. Better than Mario, Sonic, Madden, NBA Jam, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Metroid, GTA, COD, Halo, Civilization, Megaman, Uncharted, Gears of War, God of War, fuck man I'm not gonna keep on typing this shit out because ME is the truth.

Heavy Rain's gameplay was boring as hell to me so I couldn't really get into it. I will say the storyline and suspense was superb with what I experienced but it was frustrating to play. I might pick it up again someday.

I did cop NBA 2k13 and UFC 3 for PS3 today. I also copped Modnation Racers for the kids which is actually kind of a cool karting game

this game is amazing, starts slow...but the story is great..and with like 14 different endings based on your decisions its well worth the play through...

and say Mass effect is really dope and one of my personal favorite (action/)RPGs & I don't even like sci-fi really. Just good writing & addictive(imo) gameplay.
I never played Heavy Rain but I did have the companies previous title Indigo Prophecy last generation & really enjoyed it for what it was. HR looks like nothing but improvements on what they did last time. If you're looking for exciting gameplay it is not the game for you. It's essentially a choose your own adventure book with quick time events lol.

I didn't get far enough in to Heavy Rain to be honest. As lame as it sounds, one of the reasons I stopped is because I'm a father of 2 young sons and kinda already knew where the story was headed and wasn't feelin it. I got to the part where his first son dies and they are living in the smaller place and it's raining etc...

playing through the walking dead...fun game, short though...wish they expanded on it
edit: damn, just played through the game...crazy...fucked up crazy..if you havent played it you should...i wonder if i play through it again with different choices would i get a different outcome...great game
