I think I've spoken to your professor before, but I have Mrs. Sebilia. Extremely dry lectures based off of powerpoints that don't have a thing to do with the quizzes we have. That's my class in a nutshell

I've always liked professors that are able to lecture without the use of power points. power points can help with taking notes and ensuring you're hitting all the key points, but it seems professors will rely on them too much and the class will be dry and boring as fuck. the ones that can just go off and get the whole class into a discussion without any tools are the ones that can really teach

Yeah I feel the same way. It surprised me cause I ended up liking Women's History more just based off of how the professor teaches. Professors really make or break a class. Sociology was one of those classes that's required, but I picked up out of interest. Ended up being one of my least favorite classes out of my college experience

he's a kinda short, fat/chubby guy if I remember correctly. it was years ago so I don't remember that well

I do remember he used to make fun of students in the class all the time, it was hilarious.

I've had 2 African professors, that guy and one when I was at East Bay... they were both hella funny
